HOME Investment Partnership Program
Affordable Housing Connections has been contracted to monitor compliance of rental housing projects funded by the City of Saint Paul under the Home Investment Partnership Program. The HOME Program intends to strengthen public-private partnerships and to expand the supply of decent, safe, and affordable housing with primary attention to rental housing for very low and low income households. AHC also provides technical assistance and training on HOME Program methods and project compliance. 

2009 Annual Report Submission
AHC will be request, review and report on annual reports for rental project HOME unit data for HOME projects that are within their established period of Affordability.

Due date for annual reports is Februray 15, 2010

HOME Program Income and Rent Limits for 2010 (rental properties).
These income and rent limits are effective as of June 26, 2010. Note: Saint Paul HOME projects must submit 2010 rent increases and utility allowance amounts for approval before the rents are charged. Contact Peris Oladipo at peris@ahcinc.net with questions.
