HOME Investment
Partnership Program
Affordable Housing Connections has been
contracted to monitor compliance of rental
housing projects funded by the City of St. Paul
under the Home Investment Partnership Program.
The HOME Program intends to strengthen
public-private partnerships and to expand the
supply of decent, safe, and affordable housing
with primary attention to rental housing for
very low and low income households. AHC also
provides technical assistance and training on
HOME Program methods and project compliance.
2007 Annual Report
Submission
AHC will be request, review and report on annual
reports for rental project HOME unit data for
HOME projects that are within their established
period of Affordability. Annual reports for 2007
are due on or before March 15, 2008. AHC will
notify owners and managing agents of the date
for project inspection (site and sample HOME
tenant files) and will use its best efforts to
coordinate HOME inspections with tax credit and
other regulated program inspections.
