Ms. Stephanie Newburg will join AHC as a Senior
Compliance Officer on February 13, 2012. Ms. Newburg served as Dakota County CDA's HOME
Program Coordinator since 1993. She administered and managed the federal HOME
Investment Partnership (HOME) program on behalf of a consortium consisting
of Anoka, Dakota, Ramsey, and Washington Counties and the City of Woodbury.
She also coordinated and taught lender training for Dakota County's First Time Homebuyer Program,
provided foreclosure counseling to county residents, and coordinated and taught
HomeStretch Homebuyer education classes. Before that, she managed a caseload of
Federal Section 8 Rent Assistance recipients as a Housing Specialist. Welcome Stephanie!
Ms. Peris Oladipo has been designated as a Certified HOME Program Specialist -
Regulations with an examination score that qualifies her as a HOME Technical Assistance Provider.

HTC 2012 Income and
Rent Limits - The 2012 LIHTC Income and Rent Limits were
released and went into effect December 1, 2011. There is a forty-five
(45) day grace period from the effective date to when the income

Social Security Administration Cost Of Living
Allowance (COLA) Effective January 1, 2012
The latest COLA is 3.6 percent for Social Security
benefits and SSI payments. Social Security benefits will increase by
3.6 percent beginning with the December 2011 benefits which are payable
in January 2012.
